Although I'm confident you'll be happy with the map you buy, sometimes things do go wrong.
The points below set out what can be returned, and how you can go about doing it.
What can be returned?
Books: books can be returned provided that you haven't asked for a personal message. Books that just have my signature in can be returned. Please reply to the order confirmation email you received when you paid.
Maps: map prints can only be returned if they reach you in a damaged condition. If that's the case, please check the address label for a return address. If there isn't one, then contact me by replying to the order confirmation email you got when you paid for the item.
Which items cannnot be returned?
The map prints are custom-made items, and are in effect personal commissions. They can't be returned unless they arrived at your address damaged. In that case, see the above paragraph for how to start that process.
Will I receive a full refund? When?
You'll receive a full refund for the price of the item, via the payment method you used to buy it. You'll get it when I receive the item, or a damaged item is returned to the printers.
You will have to pay for postage to return the item, and the postal or courier service that you use for this is your choice and responsibility.
Is there a returns deadline?
You must get in touch with me within 30 days of receiving your item. If you take longer than this then I will do my best to help, but I can't guarantee anything.
